The third edition of Castellans St Patrick's Day party under the motto "Castellans on tour" was a great success! Although many competing events took place that day, but followed almost 100 music enthusiasts our invitation, restaurant Jägerkrug in Roddenberry along with the excellent book "Good Night Folks" from Greven to celebrate a hearty folk party. To Kilkenny Beer sang, swayed, danced and celebrated the visitors to traditional Irish songs such as "Dirty Old Town", "The Irish Rover" or "on happiness, Steigerwald is coming!". Of how an Irish pub decorated banquet hall made it easy for visitors to quickly get in the appropriate mood. The musicians of the band did the rest to make the evening zünftig.

A highlight of the evening was certainly the fact that the band sometimes played with two violinists, as violinist Judith is leaving the band shortly to go for some time in the United States. Excellent introduced to their new Office was the new violinist Sophia, who will now take over from Judith's part of the evening. Many of the visitors who attended such a folk event for the first time, were very enthusiastic and asked for a continuation in Roddenberry. We hope that many guests do in July on the way to Castellans folk summer!
