§ 1 - Name, location, legal form

§ 2 - Purpose of the Association

§ 3 - Acquisition of membership

§ 4 - Termination of Membership

§ 8 - Rights of Members

§ 9 - Obligations of Members

§ 10 - The General Assembly

§ 11 - Auditors

§ 12 - Dissolution of the Association
