Program:
about 20.30 clock: Good Night Folks (D) - www.goodnightfolks.de
After the festival in 2009, and her appearance at last year's Old Town Festival, we welcome our friends from Goodnight Folks Castellans on the stage again. As a kind of "local heroes" they will join the audience in his usual masterly fashion on a great folk evening.
The repertoire of the Westphalian folk band known hits include the Dubliners and Pogues such as "Whiskey in the Jar", "The Wild Rover" and "Dirty Old Town". But the rousing sea shanties "The Irish
Rover "and the" Fisherman's Blues "may not be missing on a concert Goodnight Folks. In addition to these folk hits bring the seven musicians also soulful ballads like the classic "The Town I Loved So Well" and skillfully-written creations in their program. Just as the band builds their songs harmonious and full of atmosphere, they put their program together each evening. Sounding to warm up even the quiet, sometimes melancholy music, come by and by the atmospheric pregnant earwigs on the dance floor. With this mix Goodnight Folks could still excited every audience today. The musical talent of the young band (20-28 years) is classically folky: the sound of violin, mandolin, bouzouki, banjo, flute and accordion is taken off the guitar and the bass. This composition allows Goodnight Folks a lot of variations, so that they could add their own every song Goodnight Folks character. The catchy music of the young folk band is always a guarantee for a wonderful evening concert.
about 22:00 clock: Sir Reg (Swe) - www.sirreg.se
The second act of the evening Sir Reg from Sweden will be the first time entered the stage Castellans. SIR REG are a six piece energetic Celtic

The CD was chosen by the users of the Internet radio celticfolkpunk.blogspot.com and Paddy Rock Radio as "Best Celtic rock and punk album of 2010". Celtic Folk Punk chose SIR REG beyond the "Best Celtic band of 2010 '.
